This role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation. Role Responsibilities
- Support the finance department's daily operations by managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including payments and debtor management.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly accounts encompassing journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and detailed financial analyses.
- Generate comprehensive monthly management reports covering sales trends, gross profit margins, cost evaluations, and budget variance commentary catered to leadership and external stakeholders.
- Handle compliance and statutory filings, including BAS, PAYG, FBT returns, and income tax submissions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring, facilitating annual budgets, capital expenditure oversight, and ongoing budget analysis.
- Maintain and enhance ERP systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Leadership to ensure accurate billing, rebate processing, reporting, and delivery of commercial insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Between one and three years of accounting experience.
- Background experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction industries is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
- A cooperative, positive attitude with a practical approach to tasks.
- Experience or familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Interest in or current pursuit of CA or CPA qualifications (not mandatory).
