Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Architect (m/w/d) to undertake project leadership roles in both design and execution planning at our Kulmbach location. This full-time position involves comprehensive responsibility for architectural planning and coordination, from initial concept through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading projects from the architectural and planning perspectives.
• Serving as the primary contact with clients (builders).
• Coordinating, supervising, and integrating specialist planners and involved parties.
• Managing the project team with personnel responsibility.
• Overseeing cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Assuming full project and budget accountability across all service phases.

Candidate Profile

• Strong conceptual skills and high design standards.
• A minimum of eight years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software (preferably Archicad), Microsoft Office suite, ORCA budgeting software, and Adobe Creative Suite for image processing and layout.
• Organized, structured, and self-driven approach to work.
• Reliability, accountability, and commitment.
• Enjoys collaborative teamwork, excellent communication skills, and leadership qualities.
• Fluent German language skills in both speaking and writing.
