We operate as a boutique design studio, offering diverse projects of various scales, all receiving senior-level involvement without any delegation to juniors.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Architect based in Pyrmont, Sydney, ready to take increased ownership of projects and progress toward leading their own initiatives. You will work across our three specialized studios—Health/Commercial, Aged/Community, and Education—within our Pyrmont office located centrally in Sydney.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of architectural experience in Australia, preferably 5 years.
• Proficient in using Revit and Twinmotion software tools.
• Registered architect in New South Wales or actively pursuing registration.
• Capable of handling projects from concept design through documentation and contract administration stages.
• Exhibit a collaborative approach while demonstrating the ability to work independently and undertake greater responsibility.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time employment offering exposure to a wide range of sectors.
• Salary approximately between $85,000 and $115,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
