Architect CAD & Construction Documentation Specialist - Remote

Job Overview

This position involves crafting detailed architectural floor plans and elevation drawings according to project specifications. It requires creating precise CAD drawings to support both architectural and engineering objectives. The role demands expertise in producing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts suitable for manufacturing documentation. Additionally, the candidate will prepare and annotate extensive multi-sheet electrical schematics adhering to industry norms and design as well as review PCB layouts that ensure optimal manufacturability and functionality. Close collaboration for requirement clarifications and troubleshooting technical concerns through document exchanges is necessary. Deliverables include comprehensive documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• At least three years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation tasks.
• Proficiency in leading tools for 2D and 3D CAD modeling along with PCB layout design software.
• Demonstrated skill in creating and interpreting GD&T callouts and intricate schematic diagrams.
• Experience in preparing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within architectural projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with organizational abilities to handle multiple document sets efficiently.
• Strong command of the English language for advanced communication.
• Experience collaborating on remote teams across disciplines is advantageous.
