Role overview

An established marketing agency is adding to its internal calling team and is looking for dependable appointment setters who can convert interested leads into confirmed meetings. The position involves scheduling appointments for a variety of clients across multiple industries and U.S. states.

What the job involves

This is a phone-led role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people and can act quickly before leads lose interest. You will be calling 100 to 150 warm leads each day, building trust rapidly, and securing appointments on client calendars.

Must-have qualifications

Prior experience in phone-based selling or outbound calling is required.
You should be able to read, write, and speak English clearly and confidently.
A dual-screen workstation is mandatory.
A dependable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is needed.
You need strong energy, quick rapport-building ability, and comfort speaking on the phone.
Solid computer literacy and the ability to learn GoHighLevel quickly are expected.

Preferred background

Previous experience using GoHighLevel is an advantage.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Experience working with med spa or wellness leads is helpful.

Pay and reliability

The compensation offered is $5 per hour plus commission, with typical monthly earnings in the range of $800 to $1,100. Reliability is a key expectation, and the employer is seeking someone they can depend on consistently for every shift.

Schedule terms

After a shift is assigned, that same slot will remain fixed on a permanent basis. You will be expected to work the same days and times every week.
