Analyst - Investment Funds Income

About the Role

Become part of the Investment Funds Asset Servicing team in Cork, where you will manage all tasks related to the processing of investment funds income for both domestic and off-shore investment funds held by Clearstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather dividend details and inform clients accordingly.
• Distribute dividend cash payments accurately in line with client entitlements upon receipt.
• Generate and circulate tax vouchers to clients.
• Maintain thorough reconciliation of cash and securities balances.
• Address client inquiries related to the income processing activities.
• Contribute to additional tasks linked to Investment Fund Services (IFS) projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a university degree or a comparable qualification.
• Capable of maintaining composure and meeting deadlines under time pressure.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong client-service mindset with excellent telephone, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Problem-solving expertise, precision, and the capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively within an international team setting.
• Commitment, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
