AI Product Manager

Role Summary

We seek an experienced AI Product Manager to bridge the gap between business needs, technology, and user requirements while ensuring measurable results. This influential position demands exceptional product insight, effective client communication, and the capacity to define and deliver AI-driven digital products from conception through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all phases of product development from initial discovery through to final delivery.
• Convert ambiguous business problems into precise product requirements and strategic roadmaps.
• Establish product vision, prioritize features, position products effectively, and make trade-offs.
• Guide product decisions aligning business goals, user demands, and technical possibilities.
• Lead client engagements including workshops, discussions, and product presentations.
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product plans.
• Communicate product strategies and updates clearly to executive-level audiences.
• Manage product lifecycles, maintaining documentation such as PRDs, user stories, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Oversee vendor and technology partner relationships, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and metrics for success.
• Monitor and drive accountability among external parties to maintain execution standards.
• Shape innovative AI-native product experiences by identifying where AI, automation, and language models can add real business value.
• Assess AI capabilities and limitations when making product decisions, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools for faster prototyping and validation.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders fostering a culture of rapid iteration and continuous enhancement.
• Utilize customer feedback and delivery insights to refine product direction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related disciplines.
• A minimum of five years in product management with a proven track record of delivering enterprise or government-focused digital solutions.
• Experience guiding products or major initiatives successfully from ideation to launch.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product development practices and Agile methodology.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English including confident presentations to executives and clients.
• Strong familiarity with AI technologies such as Generative AI, large language models, AI agents, automation techniques, RAG architectures, and modern product management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sectors like smart cities, Internet of Things, smart home technology, digital healthcare, or other emerging tech fields.
• Background in startups or rapidly growing companies.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with AI engineers or software developers.
• Proven history of building AI-powered or intelligent digital products.

Additional Information

• Fluency in English is mandatory; bilingual English-Chinese skills are highly favored.
