Role Overview

We seek a motivated, tech-savvy, and highly flexible individual to oversee and execute a diverse range of digital, operational, marketing, and IT assignments leveraging AI tools. Expertise in programming, digital marketing, or design is not required. The core duty involves translating business needs into specific tasks and prompts, utilizing AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude to accomplish these tasks, rigorously reviewing outputs, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring project delivery to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to perform business, technical, marketing, and operational tasks.
• Turn managerial instructions and business concepts into comprehensive prompts, workflows, and plans of action.
• Evaluate and refine AI-produced content, code, reports, communications, and documents.
• Ensure task completion beyond initial drafts by thorough follow-up.
• Choose appropriate AI platforms suited to various tasks while maintaining clear context and instructions.
• Validate the authenticity and correctness of AI-generated information before use.
• Assist in website, landing pages, dashboards, and custom CRM development by preparing clear requirements and AI prompts, testing features, spotting bugs, tracking progress, and coordinating with developers and agencies.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including Google and Meta Ads, by creating ad content using AI tools, monitoring campaigns, analyzing leads, and compiling reports.
• Draft, review, and manage professional communication with customers, candidates, vendors, and internal teams using AI to refine language.
• Handle business data in CRMs and spreadsheets, maintain records, prepare reports, and identify tasks suitable for automation or AI enhancement.
• Conduct independent online research for new tools, solutions, and technology trends to recommend and troubleshoot effectively.
• Manage projects by breaking down large tasks, prioritizing workload, maintaining tracking documentation, and ensuring timely task completion with clear reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

• Working experience with generative AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Capability to formulate precise and structured prompts.
• Proficient written communication in English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace applications, and basic website and CRM operations.
• Strong online research, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
• Adept at reviewing AI outputs and ensuring high-quality results.
• Quick learner with a proactive and independent work style.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, website builders (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
• Experience with CRM tools, design applications like Canva, spreadsheet formulas, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Familiarity with AI coding, no-code platforms, and project management software such as Trello and Asana.
• Understanding of email marketing, lead management, analytics, and reporting tools.
