Why the AI Tech Team is being built

M Moser is creating an AI Tech Team because it believes the future will belong to hybrid human/AI professionals and that AI is rapidly entering an agentic phase. In this context, hybrid professionals are those whose thinking, workflow organisation, visual interpretation, structured analysis, communication, and everyday effectiveness are materially improved by AI, while human judgment stays central.

Agentic AI refers to systems that go beyond simple prompting and can complete multi-step tasks, coordinate workflows, assemble outputs, and support real professional work more independently.

The role

M Moser is seeking a Leader of the AI Tech Team to build and run its AI capability-growth system. This is not a standard Head of AI position and not a project delivery job; it is a firm-building role focused on shaping how the organisation works.

The AI Tech Team is intended to strengthen professionals across design, architecture, engineering, commercial delivery, and project leadership.

What you will lead

You will be responsible for bringing together a three-part operating model:

• Central AI Platform R&D, product, and governance
• Forward deployed engineers
• Proactive help desk support

Together, these functions will form M Moser’s model for developing hybrid human/AI professional capability.
