Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic AI Consultant based in Bengaluru to spearhead enterprise Artificial Intelligence transformation programs and facilitate workforce enablement across various corporate functions including HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership. This position involves hands-on leadership in deploying generative AI solutions to enhance organizational productivity.

This role requires conducting immersive live workshops, designing AI-driven workflows, and addressing real workplace challenges to drive AI adoption and transformation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct AI bootcamps and enable workforce skills development for corporate teams across different business units.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions both online and offline, targeting practical applications of generative AI in workplace scenarios.
• Facilitate interactive workshops simplifying complex AI principles for non-technical employees and maintaining high engagement levels.
• Manage live Q&A sessions, tailoring responses to department-specific use cases and queries.
• Work closely with enterprise stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and CXO-level participants, to foster trust and demonstrate AI-driven business results.
• Identify repetitive tasks and operational bottlenecks and build reusable AI-powered workflows, SOPs, and training materials to optimize productivity.
• Continuously research and experiment with emerging generative AI tools and productivity platforms to enhance and innovate AI workflows.
• Create educational and digital content such as scripts and videos using AI-generated avatars and assisted editing tools for platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and webinars.
• Monitor learner engagement using LMS analytics and track the effectiveness and adoption of AI initiatives, recommending improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and AI productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with ability to engage large audiences and simplify technical information.
• Proven experience in delivering corporate training or professional workshops, preferably working with enterprise teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and business problem-solving aptitude to translate challenges into AI workflow solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with content creation including scriptwriting, on-camera presentation, and AI-based video production.
• Continuous learning mindset to keep pace with emerging AI trends and technologies.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in AI consulting, corporate training, workforce transformation, learning and development, business operations, or related fields.
• Preferred candidates hold degrees from premier institutions (IITs) and have experience with consulting, analytics, professional services, EdTech, or technology organizations.

Preferred Experience

• Background in AI consulting, generative AI adoption, workforce or digital transformation, and enterprise enablement.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and CXO level interactions.
• Skill in creating educational content for various digital platforms and familiarity with AI avatar/video tools.
• Knowledge of automation and workflow platforms and documentation such as playbooks and SOPs.
• Experience with organic social media content, learner adoption metrics, and LMS engagement monitoring.

Working Conditions & Additional Information

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (In-office attendance required)
• Work Schedule: 5 days per week, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
