Afterhours Logistics Specialist

Role overview

LIV Enterprises is seeking a full-time Afterhours Logistics Specialist to support overnight freight coordination. The role includes a one-month training period in the office, after which the position is work from home. The working schedule is 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, for 40 hours each week.

Responsibilities

• Arrange freight bookings with carriers.
• Choose dependable and safe carriers for transportation services.
• Help prepare carriers for assigned loads.
• Monitor and track shipment progress.
• Work with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to coordinate scheduled freight.
• Maintain precise records of all relevant activities.
• Keep customers informed about shipment status and support them with other queries.

Requirements

• Prior experience in transportation, ideally as a dispatcher, logistics specialist, or in freight brokerage.
• Strong command of English across speaking, writing, and listening.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
• Solid problem-solving capability.
• Skilled in negotiation.
• Working knowledge of Google Docs.
