Job Role Overview

We are seeking a competent Advocate to perform comprehensive legal audits related to bank loan files and property documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various reports and affidavits, analyzing title and revenue documents, and ensuring adherence to property and banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out legal audits on bank loan files and associated property records.
• Draft and scrutinize title search reports, legal audit reports, vetting reports, affidavits, and indemnity bonds with precision.
• Assess title papers, revenue documents, and encumbrance certificates to formulate expert legal opinions.
• Assure that all legal processes comply with relevant property and banking legislation.
• Liaise effectively with banks, clients, and governmental bodies for documentation and verifications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of an LL.B. degree.
• Demonstrated experience spanning 2 to 5 years in property law, title verification, legal audits, and banking documentation.

• In-depth knowledge of property laws, mortgage-related documentation, and due diligence practices.
