Role Overview
Bank of America is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Global Corporate & Investment Banking team in Dublin. This position is suited to someone with investment banking administration experience who can provide dependable, high-quality organisational support in a busy, fast-moving setting.

Office Location
The Dublin office is based at Park Place, overlooking the Iveagh Gardens in central Dublin. The location is well connected by LUAS, Dublin Bus, and Dublin Bikes, and staff may also benefit from tax saver tickets as part of the wider benefits offering.
What You Will Do
- Keep busy diaries under control, including arranging internal and external meetings.
- Organise meeting details such as room reservations and catering.
- Set up conference calls and video meetings using tools such as Webex, Zoom, and Teams.
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel plans.
- Submit and monitor expenses in Concur while following internal rules and policies.
- Handle invoice processing through Appian.
- Prepare and file weekly call reports in Salesforce.
- Escalate expense items that fall outside policy to the Business Manager.
- Develop a solid understanding of bankers’ clients, transactions, and relationships.
- Work closely with internal colleagues, peer assistants, and external clients.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information carefully and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and take responsibility for follow-up on queries.
- Gain familiarity with internal systems, with training provided.
- Support visiting bankers with access, coordination, and office-related arrangements.
What You Need
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Confidence in dealing with people at all levels of seniority.
- A self-starting and well-organised approach, with the ability to work alone or within a team.
- The ability to juggle priorities and stay effective in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good knowledge of standard office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous Concur experience is an advantage.
- Typing speed of around 50 words per minute.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional support outside normal working times.
- A calm, professional, and resilient manner.
