Adf Database Developer

Role Overview

This position involves working extensively with SQL Server and various Azure data services to develop and maintain database solutions. The role requires expertise in designing, creating, and optimizing stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and SQL jobs to support data warehousing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex queries and database objects such as stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Manage and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) solutions.
• Work with Azure cloud services including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric to integrate and process data workflows.
• Collaborate using Azure DevOps and Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve query performance and implement efficient ETL processes.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL Server and data warehousing technologies.
• Strong experience with stored procedures, triggers, views, SQL jobs, and query optimization.
• Hands-on knowledge of SSIS and SSRS.
• Expertise with Azure Data Factory and Azure-related data services such as Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git for source control and deployment workflows.
• Any graduate degree is acceptable.
