Accounts Receivable Training Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Training Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will lead training initiatives, enhance team capabilities, and ensure compliance in billing and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct training sessions for new hires and provide refresher courses for AR and RCM teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive AR training programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Create and maintain detailed training materials, standard operating procedures, manuals, and process documentation.
• Deliver specialized training in areas including AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, insurance verification, medical billing, claims processing, and collections.
• Assess trainee progress, perform evaluations, and identify areas needing improvement.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to AR team members and training staff.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations such as HIPAA, CMS standards, ICD-10, CPT coding, and payer policies.
• Utilize RCM software tools like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or equivalent for effective training and operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders ensuring alignment across departments.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 10 years of cumulative experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on AR training.
• Proven hands-on ability to conduct trainings and manage knowledge transfer within AR teams.
• Strong command over healthcare regulatory compliance and billing procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
