About the Role
Glutape India Private Limited is seeking a skilled Finance and Accounts Executive capable of independently handling comprehensive accounting tasks with limited supervision. This role involves managing the entire accounting process, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete management of accounting operations using Tally Prime software.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently.
- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, including cash flow analysis, profit & loss margins, and outstanding dues.
- Ensure GST and TDS calculations are performed correctly and statutory compliances are met.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Handle banking activities including transactions, vendor payments, and import remittances.
- Manage import accounting tasks such as invoice processing and cost verification.
- Coordinate effectively with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
- Maintain precise financial records and uphold compliance standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software.
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
- Experience with bank reconciliation processes.
- Skilled in preparing MIS reports.
- Background in import accounting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
Candidate Profile
This position is ideal for individuals possessing practical experience in independently handling all aspects of finance and accounting functions, particularly in manufacturing, trading, or import-export sectors. Candidates should demonstrate accountability and ownership of financial operations.
Additional Information
- Experience required: Minimum 2 years, with preference for candidates having 4 or more years.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or CA Intermediate level preferred.
- Location: Onsite role at Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Employment type: Full-time position.
- Salary range: Between INR 20,000 and INR 25,000 per month.
