Accounting Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent Accounting Executive focused on Accounts Payable to join our team at Systemsoft Nextgen Technologies in Hyderabad. This is a full-time onsite role with working hours from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive accounting duties including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries with a focus on AP functions.
• Prepare, dispatch, collect, and reconcile accounts receivable invoices efficiently.
• Enter, process payments, and reconcile accounts payable invoices accurately.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues related to accounts payable.
• Support expense reporting and track related expenditures.
• Conduct accounts payable and receivable reconciliations, including timesheet reconciliations.
• Verify invoices and bills, ensuring correctness before processing.
• Maintain and generate weekly aging reports alongside status updates for management, escalating critical accounts as needed.
• Record customer payments via wire transfer, ACH, and checks promptly and with precision.
• Update billing systems to reflect new customer accounts and modifications for products or services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in US accounting practices, including AR, AP, and GL.
• Experience in IT or ITES industries is preferable.
• Strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in ERP accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics and QuickBooks.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

This position is based in Hyderabad and requires onsite presence according to specified shift timings.
