Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant or Accounts Executive to maintain the financial records for a jewellery company based in Delhi-NCR. The role requires proficiency in handling bookkeeping tasks, as well as expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets for financial data management. Additionally, familiarity with specialised jewellery accounting software is essential for effective performance in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive books of accounts for the jewellery business.
- Utilise MS Excel to organize, analyze, and report financial data efficiently.
- Maintain Google Sheets for collaborative record-keeping and tracking purposes.
- Operate jewellery-specific accounting software to ensure accurate financial documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in maintaining company accounts, preferably in the jewellery sector.
- Strong command of MS Excel functionalities including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Competency in managing and updating spreadsheets via Google Sheets.
- Prior experience with jewellery accounting software to handle industry-specific financial transactions.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is INR 18,000 to INR 35,000 based on experience and skill level.
Work Location and Conditions
This is an onsite role located in Delhi-NCR, requiring regular attendance at the company premises.
