Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Customer Operations Manager, the Account Executive will oversee the commercial management of key client accounts. The position involves meticulous planning and execution of account activities to exceed established service level agreements (SLAs). It requires managing interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively, leveraging ERP software, Salesforce CRM, and project management tools to lead and coordinate workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage customer-related activities aligned with best practices in key account management.
  • Conduct regular engagement meetings with customers to maintain strong relationships.
  • Enhance and optimize internal workflows to facilitate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain cross-departmental communication to ensure relevant stakeholders are updated on ongoing projects and customer requirements.
  • Champion the customer's perspective within the company to promote customer-centric decision-making.
  • Adjust proactively and flexibly to changing customer demands, including performing onsite visits as needed.
  • Keep current with industry trends and forecast potential market changes to inform operational strategies.
  • Support and streamline the customer and vehicle journey through NVD’s supply chain by collaborating with various business units.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Generate and present reports as required to internal teams.
  • Promptly escalate and manage customer complaints to relevant parties for resolution.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Customer Operations procedures and customer policies.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related discipline.
  • Proven background in key account management or sales roles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with strategic and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Capability to perform well within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Possession of a valid Class B full clean driving license.
