Academic Counsellor - Animation, VFX, Gaming & Multimedia Courses

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and achievement-driven Academic Counsellor to assist students and parents by providing detailed information about courses in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and Multimedia. The primary goal is to educate prospective students and convert their inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and guardians regarding various course offerings in creative and digital arts domains.
• Manage inquiries received via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Clearly communicate course curricula, career prospects, fee structures, and enrollment procedures.
• Transform prospective student interest into formal admissions through effective counselling.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Prepare and update daily records of interactions, leads, and admission results.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Take part in educational seminars, career guidance sessions, and related events to increase outreach.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication and persuasive skills to engage and convince prospective applicants.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with students and parents.
• Fundamental computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel and knowledge of CRM platforms is beneficial.
• A positive, goal-centered approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
• Graduation in any discipline, with a preference for degrees such as BBA, B.Com, or BA.
• Open to fresh graduates or professionals experienced in counselling, sales, or telecalling roles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 35,000.
• Leave encashment benefits included.
