4x4 PM Forklift Operator - Pulp Store

About the role

Qube is seeking an experienced forklift operator to join its Pulp Marshalling team in Tauranga on a permanent roster of four days on and four days off, working the afternoon shift. The role focuses on safely moving pulp bales with clamp forklifts in a busy port setting that operates around the clock. You will be expected to work reliably, keep safety front of mind, and handle a fast-moving workload.

What you will do

• Handle pulp bales safely when loading and unloading from rail wagons, trucks, containers, and vessels
• Place pulp into the correct customer order allocations
• Use a top lifter to load and unload containers onto trucks
• Carry out electronic scanning and paperwork with accuracy
• Help maintain a safe workplace and promptly report incidents and near misses
• Work closely with the marshalling and warehousing team to keep operations running smoothly

This is a full-time permanent position on a 4x4 afternoon roster.
