About the Role

The 3D Visualiser and Fabricator plays a vital role in transforming conceptual design ideas into stunning, photorealistic 3D visuals and tangible physical installations. This position combines creative design skills with practical fabrication abilities to ensure accurate realization of visual concepts through detailed technical drawings, careful material selection, and hands-on construction. The professional in this role supports both digital presentations and the construction of impactful displays while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and detailed models derived from design briefs, sketches, and architectural plans.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to interpret concepts and deliver precise design solutions.
• Revise and refine 3D models according to feedback, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Develop fabrication-ready technical drawings and material specifications suitable for production and presentations.
• Organize and maintain digital archives of visual assets and project documentation.
• Assist in building and assembling displays, set pieces, and installations following approved design plans.
• Utilize hand and power tools to work with materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, and foam for fabrication purposes.
• Support on-site installation by helping with setup and dismantling of exhibit pieces when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with fabrication teams to confirm designs are practical and ready for manufacturing.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ensure quality standards throughout the fabrication process.
• Demonstrate exemplary workmanship with great attention to detail and quality in both visual output and physical assembly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in 3D design, industrial design, architecture, fine arts, or related discipline.
• Previous experience as a 3D Visualiser and/or Fabricator, ideally within exhibitions, events, or production environments.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Blender, or equivalents.
• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to enhance presentations and designs.
• Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings, technical plans, and design briefs accurately.
• Experience producing fabrication-ready technical documentation and defining material requirements.
• Strong understanding of different materials including wood, acrylic, metal, and foam with knowledge of their uses.
• Competence in using various hand and power tools needed for cutting, shaping, and assembling fabricated elements.
• Excellent attention to detail, precision, and commitment to high craftsmanship standards.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with design and production teams effectively.
• Physical fitness to lift, transport, and install constructed pieces when required.
• Awareness of safety practices in the workplace and dedication to maintaining safe working conditions.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred, especially for travel to installation sites.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range of AED 16,000 to AED 20,000, tax-free.
