About the internship

This internship is for a video editor who can turn ideas into compelling visual stories across digital channels. You will work alongside the content and marketing teams to plan, create, and refine videos that are engaging, persuasive, and aligned with the brand’s communication goals. The role also involves researching ideas, managing several assignments at once, and delivering polished work on schedule.

What you will do

• Generate fresh video concepts together with the content and marketing teams.
• Transform creative ideas into engaging audio-visual pieces.
• Research topics, references, and supporting material to shape new video content.
• Produce original videos suited for multiple digital platforms.
• Manage several assignments in parallel while meeting delivery timelines.
• Work closely with creative teammates to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Organize tasks efficiently so deadlines are consistently met.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, stay for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest to the role.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on video editing ability, supported by a solid portfolio.
• Prior exposure to video editing for marketing or content-focused work.
• Good visual judgment, including composition and storytelling.
• Comfort using desktop-based video editing software.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time well.
• Consistent follow-through on deadlines.
• Understanding of colour theory, perspective, and cultural sensitivity.
• Basic photography and cinematography knowledge is an added advantage.
• A creative mindset and a good sense of humour.

Additional information

The internship lasts at least 3 months and is based in Bangalore, Sector-2, HSR Layout. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and the internship is conducted in office.

Interview process

• Round 1: Task submission through a pre-screening form.
• Round 2: Functional fitment interview on Google Meet.
• Round 3: Culture fitment interview with the Head of Marketing, HR, or Co-Founder.
