About the Internship
Join Budding Mariners as a Telecalling Intern, working remotely with flexible hours. In this role, you will engage prospective candidates via outbound calls, inform them about our merchant navy training and sponsorship courses, and convert their interest into enrolments through persuasive communication. Your daily duties include maintaining call records, coordinating follow-ups, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement outreach strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to elaborate on training and sponsorship offerings.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by clearly presenting course benefits.
- Maintain detailed call logs and schedule consistent follow-ups.
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams to drive outreach initiatives.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our course content to answer prospects' questions confidently.
- Manage and share updates in group messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram to nurture leads.
- Coordinate daily sales targets and report progress to team members.
