Role Overview
As a Patient Onboarding Consultant Intern, you will be the initial contact point for potential patients, assisting them in understanding CareSaathi's offerings and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This internship provides practical experience in healthcare, sales, customer success, and business communication within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective patients and explain CareSaathi's healthcare services.
- Assist patients throughout the registration and onboarding procedures.
- Manage patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Establish and nurture patient relationships with empathy and clear communication.
- Keep precise records of all patient communications and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Engage in training sessions aimed at improving communication and sales expertise.
Additional Details
- Internship is part-time with a work schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 3 hours each day, totaling 9 hours weekly.
- Initial fixed work hours between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM, with potential for future flexibility.
- The stipend is 750 INR per working day, amounting to 13,000–18,000 INR monthly.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a part-time internship lasting 3 months.
- Should be able to commence the internship between 24th July 2026 and 28th August 2026.
- Applicants must reside in Delhi, India.
