Role Overview
This internship offers an exciting chance to gain practical experience supporting an influencer event hosted by a prominent marketing agency in Kochi. Interns will actively participate in live influencer event management, brand activations, and influencer marketing campaigns, acquiring valuable industry insights.
Intern Responsibilities
- Liaise with influencers, content creators, and event guests to facilitate smooth communication.
- Assist with attendee registrations, check-ins, and overall guest management.
- Help the event coordination team ensure flawless event execution.
- Manage backstage activities, including handling creator movements during the event.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and onsite communications among various stakeholders.
- Proactively address and resolve any coordination challenges that arise during the event.
- Collaborate closely with the company's team to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
