About the Internship
Hunt Digital Media, an online marketing company operating websites and gaming applications, seeks a motivated HR Recruitment Intern. This remote internship involves supporting the hiring cycle by posting openings, screening applicants, coordinating with candidates, and forwarding shortlisted individuals to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish job vacancies on various recruitment portals.
- Regularly review and organize incoming job applications.
- Evaluate candidates against job criteria to shortlist qualified individuals.
- Communicate with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Assign screening tasks or tests to potential hires as needed.
- Track candidate responses and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Manage recruitment data and keep hiring trackers updated.
- Arrange interview schedules for shortlisted candidates.
- Send the profiles of suitable candidates to the hiring manager for consideration.
- Provide daily summaries on recruitment progress and the hiring status.
Candidate Requirements
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational abilities and efficient time management skills.
- Capability to scrutinize resumes effectively to identify appropriate candidates.
- Professional communication skills via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in work.
