Internship Role and Responsibilities

We seek passionate individuals to join as Human Resources interns, contributing effectively to the HR function with strong communication skills. Typical duties include assisting in recruitment by identifying talent, organizing interviews, and facilitating onboarding; maintaining accurate employee records; coordinating training and development activities; supporting performance review processes by aiding feedback delivery; organizing staff engagement events; promoting a positive workplace culture; and other HR-related assignments as required.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a fully remote internship starting anytime between July 21, 2026, and August 25, 2026, committing to a three-month duration. Candidates should possess relevant HR skills and interests. Women looking to initiate or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Benefits and Additional Details

This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from 3000 to 5000 INR. Interns will receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion, alongside flexible working hours.
