Internship Role and Daily Responsibilities
The HR intern will perform multiple critical functions including assisting in talent acquisition through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to identify candidates aligned with Vraj:bhoomi's design ethos. The role also supports onboarding processes and employee engagement efforts. Additionally, the intern will maintain HR records and update tracking systems, gaining insight into how organized data enhances decision making about personnel.
