About the Internship
This is a remote HR internship with Visa Axis, an immigration consultancy focused on helping people pursue overseas opportunities, including PR visas and jobs abroad. The role offers practical exposure to core HR tasks such as hiring support, interview handling, and document/data preparation.
What You’ll Do
- Help source candidates, review resumes, and carry out first-round screening as part of the hiring workflow.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers so the process runs smoothly.
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate suitability, qualifications, and role fit.
- Support preparation of information and paperwork used for visa applications while following the relevant rules and guidelines.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including document preparation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance and work closely with the team to support overall HR operations.
