About the internship
This work-from-home internship is for Haryanvi language quality control candidates who can support transcription review, audio verification, annotation checking, and language quality assurance tasks. The role focuses on comparing Haryanvi transcription files with audio recordings, spotting errors, and making sure the output follows project instructions and quality standards.
What you will do
- Compare Haryanvi transcripts with the matching audio to verify accuracy.
- Check spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, speaker tagging, timestamps, and segmentation.
- Detect missing content, wrong transcriptions, unclear audio, and any mismatch with the assigned guidelines.
- Fix transcription and QC issues to improve output quality.
- Carry out audio quality checks and confirm that the transcription deliverables are complete.
- Review annotation work and flag labeling or guideline-related problems.
- Keep clear records of corrections, notes, and quality feedback.
- Work with internal teams on revisions and improvement suggestions.
- Take part in review rounds and apply feedback consistently.
- Handle audio files and project data with confidentiality.
- Maintain steady quality standards across assigned Haryanvi projects.
Eligibility
Applicants must be able to work remotely, begin between 1 Jul 2026 and 5 Aug 2026, and commit to the full 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interests, and Computer Science Engineering students are specifically mentioned as eligible.
Required skills and profile
The ideal candidate should have strong Haryanvi listening, reading, writing, and comprehension ability, along with a careful eye for detail. Experience or a strong interest in transcription QC, audio QC, annotation review, proofreading, or content review is preferred. Candidates should be able to follow project-specific instructions closely, meet deadlines, and work with a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

- Transcription QC, audio QC, and language quality review capabilities are required.
- Proofreading and editing skills should be strong.
- Data annotation QC knowledge is expected.
- Content review ability and strong listening skills are important.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Prior experience in transcription QC, language QC, audio QC, annotation QC, proofreading, or content review is preferred.
- Native or fluent Haryanvi speakers will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates should be responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on quality.
Perks and compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 7,000 to 20,000. The payout includes fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month. Additional perks include a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
