About the Internship
This internship offers the opportunity to work on strategic social media marketing for BitisiCube, a digital wellbeing app by Grow Mind Consulting Pvt Ltd. The role involves crafting and implementing marketing plans to boost brand visibility and engagement across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive social media campaigns to enhance brand outreach and customer acquisition.
- Create, schedule, and publish diverse content formats such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and carousels, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Develop persuasive copy and collaborate with creative teams for producing appealing digital assets.
- Engage and manage online communities by responding to interactions and fostering active user involvement.
- Scout, assess, and onboard influencers from parenting, education, family lifestyle, and technology sectors.
- Oversee influencer marketing projects end-to-end, including communication, coordination of content approval, execution, and payment processes.
- Maintain and update an influencer database, monitor influencer performance, and build sustained relationships.
- Ensure influencer content delivery on schedule adhering to objectives and brand standards.
- Stay informed on social media trends, competitor actions, and new digital platforms to identify growth prospects.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing divisions to support launches and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in designing and optimizing paid social media advertisements.
- Analyze campaign outcomes using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and deliver reports on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, installs, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, document marketing spend and influencer partnerships, and prepare timely reports.
- Conduct thorough competitor and market research to uncover relevant industry trends and best practices.
- Organize marketing calendars, campaign documents, influencer records, and performance dashboards.
- Continuously update oneself on emerging digital marketing methods, AI marketing tools, social media algorithm changes, and influencer marketing strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
- Internship period is 3 months, with commencement between August 4, 2026, and September 8, 2026.
- Preference given to candidates possessing related skills and interests, including women aiming to start or resume their careers.
