About the internship

This internship is centered on handling customer interactions and supporting the service workflow for a Kolkata-based manpower supplier operating since 2018. The role involves addressing complaints, responding to queries, and forwarding unresolved matters to the appropriate team when needed.

Key responsibilities

The selected intern will help maintain smooth customer support operations by managing incoming concerns, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring issues are routed correctly for timely resolution.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
• Escalate issues that require further attention or approval.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and committed to the 6-month duration. Stipend and additional information

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 10,000. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month. The last date to apply is 2 August 2026 at 11:59 PM.
