About the internship
PopLotus is hiring a Content & E-Commerce Management intern to support its online growth efforts in a lively startup setting. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, online retail operations, and content-led brand building, while also getting practical exposure to commerce workflows and data handling.
What you will do
- Plan and run digital marketing efforts aimed at improving website traffic and boosting sales.
- Handle day-to-day e-commerce coordination such as order processing and responding to customer queries.
- Support stock tracking and inventory optimization so products remain available and business outcomes stay efficient.
- Work with the team to develop engaging content for the company website and social media channels.
- Use MS-Excel to review sales information and monitor important performance metrics.
- Contribute to building and executing e-commerce plans designed to grow revenue and expand market reach.
- Communicate clearly in both written and spoken English while interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Additional information
On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is between ₹2,00,000 and ₹3,00,000.
