Internship Overview
This part-time internship offers an opportunity to work remotely with Swift Robotics Private Limited, an innovation-focused company specializing in AI, robotics, and healthcare solutions. The role centers on securing research and innovation grants primarily in healthcare, active aging, and companion robotics through collaborative partnerships and detailed proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant healthcare and robotics research grants and evaluate their suitability.
- Lead outreach efforts to European universities, research labs, and medical institutions to form strategic grant consortia.
- Support the preparation and assembly of grant proposals, scientific abstracts, and formal project documentation.
- Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to ensure funding aligns with product goals.
- Manage a timeline of submission deadlines, eligibility rules, and compliance standards of various international funding bodies.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an MSc or PhD program related to Biomedical Engineering, Health Economics, Public Health, Innovation Management, or Robotics.
- Good grasp of academic research methods and the European grant ecosystem.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and clinical concepts.
- Excellent networking and outreach abilities to engage senior academics and institutional leaders.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at handling multiple tasks remotely.
- Prior involvement in grant writing or scientific publication is highly advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be able to work from home, start between July 22 and August 26, 2026, and commit to the full six-month duration. Relevant skills and interests are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 INR. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, and a five-day workweek.
