Workplace Consultant

Role overview

Neurones IT Asia is seeking a Workplace Consultant to help deliver endpoint administration, workplace rollout, identity integration, and Microsoft 365 migration work in a new environment.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of Microsoft Intune rollout and onboard laptops and mobile devices into a new domain.
• Set up and look after endpoint management controls such as compliance rules, device configuration, security baselines, and conditional access.
• Assist with Windows Autopilot deployment and the provisioning of end-user devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Carry out migration tasks for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Use PowerShell to automate deployment and routine operational activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving Intune, Windows 11, Autopilot, networking, and identity integration.

What we're looking for

• Practical, hands-on background with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management setups.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Autopilot, Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with device compliance, endpoint security, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Previous involvement in Microsoft 365 migration or workplace transformation initiatives.
• Working familiarity with troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN, and WiFi issues.
• Comfortable working on your own in a fast-moving migration or transformation setting.

Additional information

Preferred experience includes exposure to Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) or SCCM / MECM environments.
