Position Overview
We are currently looking for experienced and safety-conscious Welders to join our team, playing a vital role in executing high-quality welding work within a fast-moving operational setting. Your duties will include efficiently completing all facets of welding and related tasks, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to specifications, and top-quality results.
Given ongoing project demands and steady workflow, we conduct regular monthly recruitment, providing consistent, long-term employment opportunities for skilled Welders to become part of our expanding workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend, accept, and fully complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain ownership and respect for all tools and equipment.
- Identify and suggest improvements to work processes.
- Negotiate realistic deadlines and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Adhere to and deliver work consistent with quality standards.

- Follow and uphold health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Foster a 'safety first' culture by proactively assessing risks.
- Drive enhancements in HSE performance and efficiency.
- Actively reduce waste in operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more welding techniques: MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), or Flux-cored (FCAW).
- Possession of a valid White Card.
- Capability to perform welding activities safely and to acceptable standards.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings.
- Experience working to precise codes and tolerances.
- Strong time management skills with the capability to meet targets set by supervisors.
- Holds a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (MEM30319 or equivalent).
