Role overview

FICS is hiring an energetic web applications system support professional to join its team supporting customer needs. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers who need help with the company’s web applications, especially as they relate to simplifying and supporting the mortgage workflow.

The position has a direct impact on how efficiently customers operate and how successfully they use the software.

What you will do

You will handle customer communication through phone and email in a fast-moving environment. The role also includes teaching customers how to use FICS software, delivering product webinars, and participating in conference presentations.

You will also work collaboratively with the quality assurance process by helping test the software and identify issues before release.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience supporting web applications, or in a similar support role.
• Working knowledge of support practices, including issue prioritization, collecting problem details, and responding quickly to customers.
• Experience or familiarity with testing web applications for usability and quality.
• Basic understanding of common web browsers and the ability to design testing scenarios using analytical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills, along with a willingness to keep learning.
• A valid Texas driver license and vehicle liability insurance are required.
