About the Company and Interview Details
Pfizer Limited is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive at Hotel Ginger, K10 Hospitality, near natural circle, race course road, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007. The interview date is scheduled for 18th February 2023, starting at 9:00 AM. Candidates interested in pharmaceutical production roles are encouraged to appear for the interview.
Available Positions and Qualifications
- Operator / Senior Operator - Packing: Candidates should hold a diploma in any stream with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Practical knowledge in operating labeling machines, tray packers, and cartenators is required. Candidates from OSD (Oral Solid Dose) and Injectables backgrounds are welcome.
- Operator / Senior Operator - Visual Inspection: Diploma holders in any discipline with 2-4 years of experience are required. Experience with automatic visual inspection processes, guidelines adherence, and automatic lead testing is essential. Basic knowledge of GMP and data integrity is also expected.
- Supervisor - Packing / Visual Inspection: Requires B.Pharma or M.Pharma degree with 5-9 years of experience. Candidates should have expertise in packing and visual inspection activities along with strong people management skills.
- Associate Manager - MES: Positions require B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, or M.Tech qualifications with 5-9 years of experience. Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., Rockwell, PAX) and SAP software applications is required.
- Upstream Supervisor: Must have B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree with 5-8 years of experience. Responsibilities include validation activities, managing the fill-finish line, batch formulation processes, and people management. Regulatory experience is not mandatory.
