About the role
Calvin Klein is looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support wholesale visual direction and showroom execution in New York. The role contributes to monthly VM updates, seasonal showroom presentations, and cross-functional coordination with merchandising, sales, planning, marketing, and 3D production teams. The position is part of a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on brand presentation and business support.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to seasonal showroom setups and refreshes across Wholesale Mainline, DFG, and Off-Price categories.
- Organize, track, and maintain props, fixtures, and marketing collateral used for visual presentations.
- Keep showroom presentation standards consistent between meetings, market appointments, and executive visits.
- Join floor-set reviews and showroom walk-throughs to build knowledge of brand presentation standards.
- Coordinate product placement and replenishment so the showroom stays ready for meetings and presentations.
- Work with sales and merchandising teams to collect assortment details, door lists, distribution information, and visual merchandising input.
- Help prepare and update monthly and quarterly visual merchandising guides for wholesale accounts and CKNA product categories, including assortments, imagery, marketing materials, floor-set details, and product information.
- Assist in creating visual layouts, digital renderings, planograms, and presentation decks using approved company software and design tools.
- Support the creation, tailoring, and rollout of seasonal merchandising guides for key retail partners within DFG, TUG, and OP.
- Help develop seasonal zone-o-grams for licensed businesses.
- Support merchandising from sell-in through store execution by assisting with store visits, new store openings, remodels, pop-up activations, and special events when needed.
- Collect field feedback, execution photos, and store observations to inform future visual work.
What the role requires
- 2 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, fashion, marketing, or a related area.
- Internship exposure in visual merchandising, retail operations, styling, or fashion is preferred.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, marketing, graphic design, interior design, or a similar field.
- Strong planning, organization, and project coordination abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- A creative approach with genuine interest in fashion, retail, and visual storytelling.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, team-based environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Preferred familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- SketchUp experience is an added advantage.
- Interest in fashion trends and retail environments.
- Ability to assist with showroom setup and merchandising projects.
- Occasional lifting and movement of merchandising materials and fixtures.
- A flexible, proactive, and collaborative work style.
Additional information
This role requires limited travel. The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Compensation and benefits
The base pay range for this position is $60,800 to $87,800 per year.
PVH notes that final compensation depends on relevant factors such as qualifications, location, and other job-related skills.
