Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visa Expert to join our team at our Bandra West, Mumbai office. The role requires thorough knowledge of visa filing and immigration procedures. Candidates should be ready to work from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, with immediate joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa filing processes primarily for student, business, and tourist visas across various countries.
• Handle documentation, complete form filling, and ensure accurate visa file submissions.
• Follow up diligently with clients and coordinate throughout the visa application process.
• Provide excellent communication and superior customer service to clients.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail to prevent errors in all visa procedures.
• Demonstrate competence in handling Express Visa applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of professional experience within visa filing or immigration sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the procedures for student, business, and tourist visas for multiple countries.
• Proficiency in documentation management and visa process administration.
• Strong organizational skills paired with an error-averse approach.
• Excellent client handling and communication capabilities.
