Key Responsibilities

  • Assist field teams in implementing strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Support brand initiatives, including transitioning from retail to specialty pharmacy partners and increasing brand visibility within healthcare environments.
  • Interact with healthcare professionals to promote product access points and manage marketing and patient support materials.
  • Establish a commanding phone presence, build rapport, and nurture productive business relationships.
  • Adapt to new therapeutic areas, business channels, and organizational changes.
  • Utilize customer networks and digital tools to broaden stakeholder engagement.
  • Accurately document target responses, notes, and follow-up actions per client policies.
  • Maintain required call productivity, metrics, and manage daily activities to achieve objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales experience.
  • Previous experience in virtual or contact center sales roles is mandatory.
