Video Editor - AI Training Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled video professional to contribute expertise in video editing, filming, special effects, and motion graphics to support AI model training. This is a contract role offering flexible remote work with compensation between $65 and $80 per hour based on experience. Commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Utilize extensive hands-on experience in video creation and editing to provide valuable feedback aimed at enhancing AI video models.
• Analyze detailed aspects of video content, including technical and creative techniques, that are critical for training advanced AI systems.
• Work collaboratively with AI researchers and engineers to interpret, annotate, and assess video datasets for the purpose of model development and testing.
• Evaluate AI-generated video outputs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Clearly document findings and observations with strong written and verbal communication to enable effective teamwork across functions.
• Assemble a varied and high-quality collection of video samples covering multiple genres, formats, and production contexts.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive professional background in video roles such as video editor, cinematographer, VFX artist, or motion graphic designer.
• In-depth knowledge of video production workflows, editing tools, and visual effects pipelines.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong eye for both technical and artistic quality in video production.
• Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex video concepts to audiences without specialized knowledge.
• Self-motivated and able to effectively manage time while working remotely.
