About the Role

The Vice President of Operations is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the President, responsible for overseeing all operational facets of Ascend Medical’s practices, satellite clinics, and virtual support teams. This role involves managing clinical support staff including Practice Managers, Health Concierges, Care Coordinators, Care Navigators, and Mobile MA/RN teams, maintaining outstanding patient experiences and optimizing clinic performance in alignment with the company’s holistic healthcare mission.

Key responsibilities include integrating newly acquired practices smoothly with support from onboarding teams to facilitate organizational growth and contributing to growth initiatives by fostering excellent team experiences that translate into strong brand advocacy.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on cultivating a performance-driven culture through clear metrics, communication, and continuous training

• Experienced in integrating new practices and managing partnerships with physician owners

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• A minimum of 5 years in practice management, ideally in primary care
