Role Summary

We seek a meticulous Vehicle Inspector with extensive automotive knowledge capable of performing comprehensive vehicle evaluations independently, ensuring detailed and accurate reports to aid the purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed vehicle inspections at the company’s premises or at client sites.
• Assess aspects including paint condition, structural integrity, electrical functionalities, and mechanical operations.
• Complete all inspections efficiently, within a one-hour time limit.
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly submit inspection reports through internal software systems.
• Organize and adhere to a strict daily inspection schedule, ensuring punctuality.
• Handle multiple inspection tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Coordinate inspection timings with the purchasing department to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with the purchasing team who manage customer appointments.
• Interact professionally with a diverse customer base, providing a seamless inspection experience for vehicle owners.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in vehicle inspections covering bodywork, structural, electrical, and mechanical areas.
• Solid background in the automotive industry is a must.
• Capable of working autonomously and managing inspections without supervision.
• Proficient with computers and knowledgeable in using OBD diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication skills combined with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict inspection deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 3,500 to 8,000, dependent on experience and performance.
• Provision of work visa sponsorship.
• Medical insurance in accordance with UAE labor laws.
• Entitlement to 30 days of paid annual leave.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Full-time position requiring on-site presence in the UAE.
• Fieldwork mandated, including inspections at both the facility and customer locations.
• Remote or hybrid working arrangements are not applicable.
• Applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
