Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated US Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Visakhapatnam. This full-time, onsite position involves sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for various client opportunities. The role requires working US shifts and offers a dynamic environment for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified technical professionals for consulting roles.
• Analyze client requirements to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Utilize diverse online resources and social networking to find candidates.
• Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability and technical skills.
• Present career opportunities to potential applicants and foster strong relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with management, peers, and account managers in daily huddles to ensure all requirements are met and successful placements are managed.
• Post job openings on various job portals and manage contract and permanent positions.

Additional Information

• Familiarity with US staffing terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, and US Visas is essential.
• Experience working with W2 tax terms is required.
• Proven experience in managing the complete US recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across various IT technologies.
• Experience working directly with clients is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
