Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team remotely, focusing on recruitment for Accounting, Finance, and HR roles. The position operates during Eastern time zone hours (6 PM – 3 AM IST) and requires a minimum of 3 years up to 10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates for roles such as Financial Analyst, Accountant, Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist, Recruiter, and Compensation Analyst.
- Manage recruitment through MSP requisitions using VMS tools including Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, and Workday.
- Collaborate closely with onshore Account Managers and Delivery Leads to grasp client expectations, submission strategies, and prioritize requisitions effectively.
- Maintain and nurture robust candidate pipelines for repeat positions, proactively engaging with passive talent pools.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone to assess qualifications, skills, communication abilities, and availability.
- Ensure accurate candidate submissions through VMS portals, including detailed rate information, compliance documentation, and well-formatted resumes.
- Monitor and update submission statuses, interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding progression leveraging ATS/VMS systems.
- Aim to consistently meet and surpass defined KPIs like number of submissions, interviews, placements, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 3 to 10 years of experience recruiting within the US market, specifically for Accounting, Finance, and HR roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting MSP programs via established VMS platforms.
- Proficient with sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively under tight deadlines with excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities alongside effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in US time zones is essential.
