Job Overview
This opportunity is a 60-day intensive internship starting with training in US IT recruitment markets. Successful candidates transition to a full-time recruitment consultant role post-internship. Work is stationed at the Hyderabad office on night shifts.
Internship Details
- Duration: 60 days
- Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000 during training

Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle targeting diverse IT roles for the US market
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, internal databases, and other channels
- Conduct initial interviews evaluating technical abilities, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate between clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview processes and successful placements
Working Schedule
- Shift Hours: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Off Days: Saturdays and Sundays
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Female applicants only
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree including B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
