Treasury Analyst (Front Office)

Job Overview

This role involves functioning as a Front Office Treasurer, managing interactions and communications with External entities such as Banks, as well as QatarEnergy's Subsidiaries and Affiliate companies. Additionally, the position requires extensive collaboration with Internal departments and Divisions within QatarEnergy.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as a key liaison for financial counterparties both within and outside the organization, ensuring smooth treasury operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess between 8 to 10 years of professional experience, ideally with trading houses and practical knowledge in LNG trading, as well as trade and corporate financing.
• Prior work in the oil and gas sector, particularly LNG, or banking institutions is considered a strong asset.
• Proficient in computerized business environments, including expertise with MS Office, Treasury middleware, Bloomberg, SAP Treasury Risk Module (TRM), or other comparable advanced ERP systems.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership capabilities, people management, and coaching skills.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business-related disciplines.
