Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Travel Voice Executives to join our international travel process team based in Gurugram. This role involves handling international travel-related customer interactions and requires expertise in Global Distribution Systems, specifically Amadeus.
Eligibility
- Applicants who are graduates or undergraduates can apply.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a travel process is essential.
- Proficiency with GDS/Amadeus is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Issuing and re-issuing flight tickets.
- Validating tickets accurately.
- Managing cancellations.
- Processing refunds efficiently.
- Providing customer support related to travel inquiries.
- Utilizing GDS tools with an emphasis on Amadeus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary up to 34,000 INR, dependent on experience and interview results.
